Vaginal Barbells

These products are designed to strengthen and tone the Pubococcygeus (PC). This may enhance orgasm, increase G spot sensitivity, prevent incontinence after pregnancy and menopause and improve vaginal lubrication. The PC (or Kegel) muscles are the muscles located at your pelvic floor around your vagina. Kegel exercises can involve simple repetitive squeezing (the traditional Kegel exercise) or the more regimental squeeze and release exercises designed around the use of a vaginal barbell such as the products profiled here. Essentially, the idea is that you rhythmically tighten and relax your pelvic muscles around the barbell. You don't require a gym membership to exercise but it helps you focus and acts as an incentive. Same thing with these tools! There are other ways to strengthen the PC muscles, but these tools are inspirational and provide motivation.

Crystal is made of Lucite (from the acrylic family). This material cleans easily with soap and water because it is non-porous. However there is no flex. The curve makes it a good tool for women who enjoy firm pressure on the G-Spot as well as provides some resistance when you flex your PC muscles to draw the toy into the vagina. Juno is made of seamless Lucite (from the acrylic family). Like silicone, this material cleans easily with soap and water because it's nonporous. Unlike silicone, there is no flex. Housed within the Lucite, at each bulge there is a stainless steel ball in the appropriate diameter to add weight to this barbell. It can be used to exercise your PCs or will work as a rigid dildo.
