Once you've got the restraints on it's nice to have somewhere to hook them up to. We find that simple hardware like Chain and Carabiners make up the easiest bondage kit because you can loop Chain around most bed legs or posts and/or put eyehooks under your bed or various locations around ones home (fantasy is a good place to expand one's imagination). If you'd rather do "bondage light", you can skip the Chain and use any combination of Bondage To Go, A Go-Go, To Go-Go or Slip to link up your choice of restraints and restraining fixed point. That’s three different types of material for three different types of hook up application! Satin Slips are good for light play. The sash can be used on its own, it can be paired with a collar to create a leash, it can be looped through restraints and then tied to a bed post or a chair or what have you. The pairing of a couple Slips with a nice set of leather restraints gives the illusion of a “more aggressive” bondage presentation with all the freedom of light play. Metal Chain link is not going anywhere. It’s classic, it’s strong and it’s for someone who knows that they want their willing partner to stay put for a while! Leather Beatnik Bondage is the middle man. Use any length from To Go-Go to A Go-Go to just plain Go! You can create a hog tie or secure a length to your Carabiner or Double Snap....
Carabiners are a simple way to then attach restraints to your well placed Chain, leather or satin hookups but remember that Double Snaps aren't strong enough for weight bearing. Double Snaps are for wrist-to-wrist or ankle-to-ankle link ups. Carabiners can be used in place of Double Snaps plus they are strong enough to take weight strain. To change the tension you can just move the Carabiner along the Chain length. Knot geeks need fear no more! There is one more handy item to mention and that's the Quick Link. It is designed especially for securely joining or linking lengths of Chain.
