I have never bought any sex toy and didn't even consider doing so until recently (I wasn't opposed to them, just didn't feel like using one myself). When I started looking online for a place to buy a toy, I knew that I would come across a lot of websites that I would totally dislike and others that I would not like enough before landing in the right place for me. I'm a feminist, an environmentalist and a leftist who cares about fair trade.

With this in mind, I had vowed to myself to only buy from a place that I would feel totally comfortable with, not intimidated by, where I felt that my body, other women's bodies and all sexualities were honored, where I felt welcome, respected and supported. I also wanted my toy to be safe and, since I have no previous experience buying and using one, I needed a team that would provide me with clear, detailed info on each item and some guidance about how I could find the soft, easy, gentle tool that could keep my vagina happy and supple for my own pleasure and for ... my boyfriend ...

Now, to put a long story short, I LOVE YOUR TEAM, YOUR WEBSITE AND YOUR BUSINESS! After hours of searching the web for products that fit my criteria and could be delivered to Europe, I kept coming back to your website. The more I looked elsewhere (even on famous "sex-positive" or "women-friendly" websites), the more I liked and appreciated your offer and the great work you do for your customers. For environmental reasons (saving on transportation), I wish I had found a European company that had the same spirit, wit and dedication as well as the same great-quality range of products, but I just couldn't find anything quite like you ;-).

My wife and I are very sexually compatible and after 14 years of marriage still find our chemistry (for lack of a better word) amazing. I was curious about adding toys and lubricants to our sex life for some fun and just for something different. I went to a few adult stores and was shocked at the toys that looked like they were made out of Barbie doll plastic. Almost all of the items seemed to be novelty gag items that I wouldn't seriously suggest a person actually use. As a caring husband just looking for a little fun, that was very reassuring. Then the information is so fantastic. I read and re-read everything I could get my hands on. And as I learned that not all women want the same thing, I decided not to order anything until I could get my wife's input as well. As it turns out, I know her pretty well and her favorite toy was the one I had thought of getting (Lavaspot). But I'm glad I got her involved and didn't just surprise her one night. Even though I didn't tell her I was making this order, because we went shopping together, I had confidence in my choice and it was something we could feel good about. So I feel that not only did you provide high quality, safe products at a fair price, but you informed your customer probably better then he needed to be, and kept an open, respectful and positive relationship between my wife and I as we explored another path in our sexuality.

Then, my order came - on time, as ordered and with a few extra samples of lube thrown in. I'm not sure if you realize but just that alone is a huge achievement for any company. The letter which gave important information about the products and a few other product suggestion was a wonderful icing on the cake.
