Unique Job Share Opportunity: Sales Rep with Warehouse/ Clerical Duties

Womyns’Ware, Canada’s pioneering women’s sexuality store seeks a dynamic individual to join our expanding team in a unique job share position.

You are a confident and seasoned sales rep with experience in a specialty retail environment. Sales-motivated because you value educating and empowering your customers, you are emotionally mature, compassionate, intuitive, resilient and good-natured. You have a strong sense of self and a great sense of style.

In addition to your Sales Representative duties, you will perform all the duties of our Warehouse personnel. You will provide Shipping and Receiving support, including: tracking and managing supplies and dealing with supplier inventory.

You possess excellent written and organizational skills.

You are detail oriented which allows you to follow direction easily. Independent task management is one of your many internal motivators.

Computer knowledge, including familiarity with Word and Excel is required (we operate in a Mac environment). You have a good grasp of algebra and are prepared to prove it in an employment test.

Being an effective communicator, you are confident preparing inventory counts, and reporting on the weekly status of the warehouse.

This position is a job share with shifts on Mon. and Wed. We offer a set schedule, above industry average pay, supported training and a generous employee discount.
